When entering our office, whether you last visited us a week ago or 20 years ago, you’ll find you’re always greeted by the same friendly faces. Not only that, but you’ll be remembered too – we never forget a face and we put this down to simply caring about our clients and the fact that we don’t just cut-ties once a transaction has completed. We’re always available for future queries, advice or even a friendly chat and love nothing more than re-visiting homes that we have previously sold or let to see how they have changed over the years.
We pride ourselves on our close-knit longstanding team with a combined 190 years of work at SBK. Our ability to work so well together is one of our greatest strengths, communication is key and this aids us to perfectly match the right applicants to their future homes. The size of our team also allows us to attend almost any appointment required, you won’t miss properties with us because of a busy diary, we aim to be accommodating to all.
Moving house, especially to a new area, is a daunting prospect to anyone, so our local knowledge is incredibly important in assisting and advising our buyers correctly. This applies to information about the nearest shops and transport links, the best local pubs, school Ofsted reports or even just the little artisan stores that many local residents are still yet to discover.
